I wasn\u2019t always the woman who guides deep transformation processes today. For many years, I lived like many others: looking outside for what I couldn't find within, building a life based on inherited beliefs, fears, guilt, and the need for acceptance. Until one day, I understood something that changed everything: I didn't need to change my life; I needed to change my perception of myself\u2026 it sounds easy, but believe me, it wasn\u2019t. I respect all psychotherapeutic approaches; however, since I began my professional practice 18 years ago, I have seen that the psychoanalytic approach produces real changes in people. \n\nPillar 1: Understanding, reframing, and integrating your life history.\u00a0<\/strong>\n\nEmphasis is placed on the early years of life. This has a purpose: when the psyche begins to take shape, it is highly susceptible to acquiring programs or beliefs based on what it sees and hears. These deep-rooted, unconscious programs are what ultimately shape adult life.\n\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Pillar 2: Unconscious content.<\/strong><\/p>

These contents end up governing our lives, camouflaging themselves so well that we convince ourselves that \"everything with us is fine and the outside world is wrong,\" thus sabotaging our destiny.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Therefore, the psychotherapeutic process must lead us to probe, dig, and delve into our unconscious so that all the hidden beliefs, programs, and emotions that prevent us from having healthy relationships with family, friends, partners, profession, and money can \"emerge.\"<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Through Family Constellations, Transgenerational work, and Psycho-tarology, I help people find the common thread in their behavioral patterns, as it is undeniable that we carry and share information with our lineage that also needs to be healed. A true psychotherapeutic process is not based on giving advice. Psychology is a science, and those of us who study it are trained to understand how the psyche works and the mechanisms by which it operates; therefore, we know that advice is useless. This is the great difference between consulting a Clinical Psychologist and someone who is NOT one.<\/p><\/div>

\"\ud83d\udd52\"<\/span>About the word \"Process\"<\/div>

It means that healing the psyche takes time (even if many \"mind charmers\" who sell magic solutions and call themselves experts say otherwise). It is not true that a lifetime of programming can be healed in a single session.<\/p>

Remember this: The only thing that will heal your history, the only thing that will pull you out of your current state, and the only thing that will transform your life is SEEING THE TRUTH.
